Refund policy
At Rosham Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The customer received the wrong product due to a mismatch from our side
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Requests made after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused after delivery
